bp999 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Pakistan's Premier Gaming Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bp999" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to bp999.im and the legal entity operating it under an international gaming licence.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bp999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on bp999.im, through which all gaming activity, financial transactions, and communications are conducted.
• "Gaming Products" means all products available on bp999, including but not limited to sports betting, live cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, instant win games, and any other wagering products offered from time to time.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a User's bp999 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or reward deposited into a User's account as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures that bp999 applies to all registered accounts in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or use of bp999 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or bp999's internal compliance policies.

By accessing bp999.im, creating an Account, or placing any wager or casino bet on the platform, you confirm and agree that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You have read and accept the bp999 Privacy Policy;
• You have read and accept the bp999 Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not representing or acting as an agent for any third party.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bp999. bp999 reserves the right to enforce these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To register and maintain an active Account on bp999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bp999 does not permit access to or use of its Gaming Products by any individual under the age of 21, under any circumstances.
• Identity: You must be a real, natural person. Corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, and fictitious persons are not eligible to register an Account on bp999.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on bp999 at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be the subject of a current self-exclusion arrangement on bp999 or any other gaming platform that extends to bp999.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bp999 carries out age verification and identity verification (KYC) on all registered accounts. Verification documents required may include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where applicable. bp999 reserves the right to restrict or suspend any account pending the satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

To access bp999's Gaming Products, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, Pakistani mobile telephone number, and a valid email address where applicable.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username or registered mobile number and password. bp999 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

• You must not share your bp999 Account credentials with any third party for any reason.
• You must notify bp999 immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• bp999 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

bp999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification at any time, including but not limited to source of funds checks, enhanced KYC documentation, and in-person verification procedures. Failure to cooperate with any verification request within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension or closure.

bp999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. bp999 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method and may add or remove payment options without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. bp999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• bp999 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which bp999 accepts no liability.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• All accounts must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• bp999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering risk, or terms violations are suspected.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• bp999 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing timelines may be affected by the policies and operational hours of third-party payment providers.

bp999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to these Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only, as defined in the specific promotion terms. bp999 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• bp999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including cancelling promotions already credited to a player's account where abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated tools, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — is a prohibited activity under Clause 9 and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All sporting events, cricket matches, live casino games, and slot games on bp999 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the respective game or market interface. These product-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General Betting Rules:

• A bet is accepted and final once confirmed by the bp999 system and a bet reference number is issued. Verbal or written requests to cancel accepted bets will not be entertained except where bp999 determines at its sole discretion that an obvious error has occurred.
• bp999 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds or game result was manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, and to apply the correct odds or void the relevant market entirely.
• In-play bet acceptance is subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at bp999's discretion, including during live play events such as PSL matches, ICC tournaments, and bilateral cricket series.

• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live game, bp999 will apply the relevant game provider's fault resolution rules. Bets already placed before a disconnection will be settled according to the game's outcome where technically recoverable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bp999 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account funds, in addition to any civil or criminal remedies available to bp999 under applicable law:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent KYC process;
• Using a stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instrument to fund your Account;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the bp999 platform;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any other manipulation of sporting outcomes or casino game results;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the bp999 platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains will be voided and the account suspended;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats available on bp999;
• Abusing promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended use, including but not limited to bonus farming, coordinated wagering, and multi-accounting for promotional purposes;
• Accessing bp999 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, whether through a VPN, proxy, or any other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.

All content available on bp999.im — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the overall platform design and architecture — is the exclusive property of bp999 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bp999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bp999 content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the bp999 platform;
• Use bp999 trademarks, brand names, or logos in any context without prior written consent from bp999.

Any unauthorised use of bp999 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bp999 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bp999 platform;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, market data, or game information caused by a third-party data provider or technical fault, subject to bp999's obligations under Clause 7;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the bp999 platform or any Gaming Product, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any third-party payment processing delays, failures, or charges incurred in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

bp999's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

bp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where bp999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A material breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct has occurred on or in connection with the Account;
• A regulatory or legal requirement mandates account suspension or closure;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.

In cases of account closure that are not related to a breach of these Terms or fraud, bp999 will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining verified Real Money Funds to the account holder via a supported payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not refundable under any circumstances.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting bp999 support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned subject to completed KYC verification and applicable withdrawal terms.

bp999's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the bp999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions;
• Preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling;

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bp999 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and bp999 in relation to any matter covered by these Terms:

• You should contact bp999 support in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected] and allow bp999 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally;
• bp999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a final resolution within 28 days of receipt;
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body designated under bp999's gaming licence, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties;
• Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

bp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In ordinary circumstances, bp999 will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes to these Terms by posting a notice on the bp999.im homepage and, where practicable, by notifying registered users via their registered email address or platform notification system.

In circumstances where regulatory requirements, legal obligations, or urgent operational necessity require immediate amendment, changes may take effect without advance notice. In such cases, bp999 will notify users as soon as reasonably practicable after the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of bp999 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using bp999 and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.

The date displayed at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last reviewed and updated. Previous versions of these Terms may be requested from bp999 support.
